@@NeoRichardBlake dude, Korn was my favorite band from the age of 8 through like 13. But from a technical standpoint, they're not by any means proficient guitar players. They use their guitars more like percussive instruments than anything, typically using them to employ two to three note discordant harmonies throughout the verses to create an "eerie" effect and then using very basic downtuned power chords for the main riffs (which are almost always recycled for the choruses and bridges). Not saying that any of this is bad, but it's all very entry-level stuff once you figure out how to tune your guitar down low enough.

Honestly, Head is the BEST dad I have ever seen. I’ve seen Korn in concert twice and they are one of my favorite bands, but off the stage, Head is the silliest, coolest dad with his daughter. I just want to say as a personal trainer that these “get abs in 2 weeks” programs are bogus. The workouts are legitimate but any body builder will tell you abs are made in the kitchen not the gym. It’s about remaining in a caloric deficit until enough fat loss has occurred until your abdominal muscles begin to show. There is no quick fix but the answer is consistency. Don’t get discouraged. It’s amazing seeing you and your dad do it together.

Exactly. Without losing enough fat to make them visible, you'll just end up with rock hard abs under a squishy top coating of fat. ;) Getting abs is more about fat lost than muscle gained. So says this fat guy. ;) Sadly not easy to do. I've got quite a bit of fitness knowledge, but getting it from brain to body is tough. It takes a lot of will power to make yourself that exhausted. It's a way better alternative to the exhaustion of sleep apnea though, let em tell you. ;)
