@@rectifiedspirit idk. I feel like JID is going to outlast Kendrick in terms of how their careers end. JID is more digestible for the majority & has been really active. Largely due to him being young & hungry. Kendrick has been almost silent for years at a time & I personally haven’t been able to resonate with his music at all in a very long time so obviously my opinion is biased in that respect but thinking JID is better isn’t really a stretch anymore tbh.

I been a cole fan since 07 so no hate here but i'm just tryna get people to really think for a second.. I know Cole Kendrick and Drake are top 3 in the game but i don't think they are the best lyricists.. This verse is dope BUT if you compare it to a track from 13 years ago called "frontlines" by diabolic its pretty mid.. I'm not saying thats the best verse of all time either i just heard of that verse for the first time the other day on my pandora.. I really urge people to go listen to that track and just *imagine how bad people would have lost their minds if Cole spit that verse instead of this one..*
