So sad to hear the stories from the families of Kashmiri Pandit families. It was difficult to avoid breaking down while going through the videos. Definitely good times will come and Kashmiri Saivism will thrive again. Unfortunately our current historians do not go back beyond 200 to 300 years and that too written mostly based on Westerners views. Hindu tradition ( Saivism, Kashmiri Saivism to name a few)is very very ancient dating to many thousand years back, will come back roaring. Whether we like it or not, it is Kali Yuga Dharma, but as the Lord has given assurance in the Gita vide Chapter 4 Sloka 8, "Paritranaaya sadhoonam...sambhavami yuge yuge", he will help us in pulling back to the Dharmic roots and the day he shall come to our rescue is not far off. The problem is that BSF/CRPF/para military forces are also involved in allowing militancy/terrorism to continue in Kashmir, and any SIT investigation will expose this, which the Govt of India wants to avoid. My aunt has has tenants from paramilitary in Jammu for last 32 years; they come with one bag and leave with a truck full of goodies. Everybody from top to bottom in Govt of J&K is involved in genocide of Kashmiri Pandits. Kashmir is a lovely paradise. I come from South India residing at California. Whenever I read poet. Kalidasa’s writings about the beauty of nature. Kashmir comes to my mind. Bollywood songs of 70’ 80’s reminds the beauty of Kashmir Would love to visit that place in my lifetime. Hope its safe for tourists we should be united to restore old Kashmir.

The Chittisinghpora Massacre ~ 22 years on... On 20 March 2000, 35 Sikh males were massacred in their resident village situated in South Kashmir. The massacre coincided with the visit of the then US president Bill Clinton to India. Sikhs at Chittisinghpora had just been celebrating HolaMohalla, the men were singled out for the massacre carried out in front of both of the village Gurdwaras. Survivors spoke of the Sikh men being called out by name on the pretext of a crackdown and fired brutally at point-blank range. Survivors state that the Chittisinghpora massacre was carried out by individuals wearing the Indian army uniform. The Indian government blamed the separatist groups Lashkar-e-Taiba and Hizbul Mujahideen for the massacre. Hizbul Mujahideen denounced the massacre at the time. The Chittisinghpora massacre was widely condemned by both the Indian and Pakistani governments, as well as the leaders of the Kashmiri separatist movement. But till this day the real perpetrators of the massacre remain "unknown". 2 decades later has only been 1 official inquiry, a lot of political mudslinging, further fake encounters but never any justice or answers. A massacre largely ignored. Nobody talks about those brutally killed or their families. Nobody is making a movie/documentary on them or giving them any space to give their narrative.

The violence is inherent from the beginning of the religion. There are Christians and Jews in Kerala whose ancestors came from Syria and Middle East as refugees because of Islamic oppression during the early Islamic spread. Tippu Sultan converted By sword before the British gained control. Imran Khan said it had to do with west making fun of their religion in the name of freedom of expression. But the violence to convert and to those who don’t has been happening since the inception and seems fundamental. Even the God fearing moderate Muslims need to be aware.
