My Dad's Everton Memories - Oldham 0 Everton 4 1954

28th Dec 1999 - Dave Hickson had listed Everton's last match outside the top-flight as his Millennium Match.
In this clip my Dad remembers going to Oldham where we needed a win in order to gain promotion after three season's in Division 2. He also details the part ex Everton goalkeeper George Burnett played in the match.
His first stab at 4-0 was correct not the 5-0 he settles on.
