My country (Indonesia) now has a bullet train (in collaboration with China) which will operate in August 2023. The first bullet train in Southeast Asia and the southern part of the Earth. This is the initial stage connecting 2 cities (Jakarta-Bandung) which is 142 km away. In the future, of course, it will connect other cities that are farther away.
