@@okamisaiai5459 Goldy Pond is definitely a highlight. I really wish we could have seen it animated. To dismiss the rest of the series is a mistake. There are some amazing plot and character reveals later in the series.

The manga is abysmal too, just not quite as bad as the anime. Goldy Pond is like ok and the rest is just absolute garbage where there are no stakes and nothing is remotely believable. They really struck gold with the first arc and then had no idea what to do with it after

I've only seen anime and never read a manga, but I'm getting the manga cuz of season 2. Even not knowing what was supposed to happen, the whole thing felt off, lackluster and rushed
