He didn't have her rehearse that. The story is that he had her at the studio with him and when she heard him recording she would just say "somebody help him. I think my dad's gone crazy." He heard Hailie saying that and had her record it exactly the way she was saying non-rehearsed or practiced. It was just her being a little kid playing around, but Eminem being the musical genus he is found a way to incorporate it into a song.
