I used to think I wanted to move away from my Mom, and so I moved almost 3000 miles from her. Almost 10 years later, I'm back in my home state and she's moved to my small town! Life seems almost perfect -- I love my work, I have a good group of close friends, and my Mama is less than 5 minutes away. Having support is so important, and I'm glad that you're able to rely on your own Mom while you figure out how to manage your anxiety.

Thank you for another very interesting video. That fruit is so fresh and inexpensive. In the US, it would cost 10x that amount. Tell your oldest son not to worry about school. He’ll be fine. And tell your mom thanks for sharing her stamp collection with us. Those stamps are priceless. 😊

I am poisoned by all the Cold War propaganda I was fed in school and the media. My perception is that Russia is a dark place, with people afraid to talk or they would vanish, where you couldn't own or purchase anything..... Thank you for dispelling myths from my childhood.....I really would like to see Russia firsthand. I am also amazed at how well everything is maintained and how clean it is.

Golden words 👏! And even worse was the propaganda about Russian people, often portrayed as cold and feelingless automatons, nothing could be further from the truth! I know Russians well and they are a warm, sincere, frank people with extraordinary humanity

The country has changed a lot since the 90s, and as long as you stay away from politics (like any country) and you will be fine. People can talk and buy things, they just careful on what they talk about. I used to think Russia was like the Poles, a constant cold dark place, but with these videos, it is nice to see the beauty and uniquness in the country.

I love the glimpses of the ordinary people on the streets; there are some really fashionable people in the city! I also love all the old Soviet and pre-Soviet things you show us. As someone who has suffered anxiety, deep depression and other health problems for so many years. No doctor was able to help me. No psychiatry medication helped. Things only went worse. Until I learnt about the keto diet. Cutting off carbs and based my fats on animal fats plus taking magnesium, b vitamins especially b1, vitamin d3. Everything magically disappeared. When I went off it came back again. So now I'm having a keto life and only take one or two days off from time to time. Don't know if this will you too, just thought of sharing my experience cause I know how torturous it feels. Best of luck! 🙏🏻💕

Hi, thank you for your comment. That’s what I’m basically trying to do now, except I cannot give up fruits. So I eat only meats and fruits. I know it’s not keto, but so far it helped a lot. I’m wondering if your energy levels improved eating this way? I’m still kind of with little energy most days

@@nastya_in_siberia oh yes, my energy got so high now. I was hardly able to do a grocery trip( I was that bad), now I do anything and I train taekwondo. So yes totally different. Maybe because you’re still consuming fruits so you’re still not fully on fat burning!. My advice is, if you can’t quit fruits totally, at least limit the amount and only eat fruits with proteins and fat or at least with some nuts, just to not have a sudden high insulin jump (coz that’s what worsens the anxiety).

I'm glad you have different options for apartments! That's great news! I personally hope you get the one that's in your Grandma & Mom's building. Waiting a little while for the owner to do the renovations might be difficult, but I think those apartments are so wonderful. Plus it means you have support very close by. I know things are stressful and that can lead to more anxiety. I think once you have your own apartment and you are able to create your own home and routine your anxiety will subside a little. I have dealt with it for years, and I understand how difficult it can be. I'm glad you have the love and support of your family to help you through this difficult time. 🌼 I love seeing the shots of your beautiful country! Russia really reminds me of here in Canada, only it looks a lot more interesting there!
