I’ve had my period for 2 years and I always get so excited when people do roleplays where someone gets their first period because I know that it’s helping someone who hasn’t got their period feel better about having it. For all the menstruators or to be menstruators, I promise you you are not to only person going through this and being able to talk to someone about it is the best thing to learn

I’ve had my period once before and I am kida late for 2 months I’ve only just got it again yesterday and I’ve had no cramps so far I don’t want to jinx it but for people who have really bad cramps I’m sorry but it won’t last for long so you don’t have to worry❤ and periods are just a sign of growing up❤ so it’s normal. Periods are normal things for girls to have.They can have that at different ages so usually worry if your friends are others get it before you.Don’t make yourself feel like your ‘weird’ or anything because its just a normal,natural thing.If your not sure what to do make sure u always ask another girl or woman abt it because its better to ask someone who has experienced it.Stay safe!

I'm glad you posted about this! I got my period at 10 and I used pads until I was 13 and I tried tampons and that's what I prefer to use now. I wanna try to use other products someday also like menstrual cups or period underwear since I've heard they are great!

1. Have pads, they are better for beginners 2. Whenever it starts mark it on a calendar and then mark when it's done (the max is 7 days) and you can get it in every 17-28 days 3. Drinking a lot of water makes the blood heavier but it ends faster 4. Eating dark chocolate can help with cramps 5. If you see chunks of bloods don't worry it's completely normal 6. Change pad every 1-2 hours Thats all for the tips I have, hope these help!!
