girl dont be scared i got mine at 9 and i was so happy about being the first in my class to get period but then the cramps came and mood swings but make sure to change your pad or tampon depends on what you wanna use every 3 hours or so in school make sure to tell the teacher and have pads or tampons in your pocket and if you want take some medicíne and make sure to be hydrated drink 3 to 4 liters of water !Dont wear white clothes you can leak! Hope i gave you tips❤
