I love how all the work you've put into decluttering and then organising is really paying off! Great job, Carla - you're such an encouragement to me. If I could offer a comment, I would have kept that dazzling warm yellow top you showed us at the beginning, and sacrificed the light blue jeans (those dark skinny jeans look amazing on you, I love them too - don't listen to fashion, just wear what works for you, that's what matters). I love your peasant top, too. I love linen - it says summer is coming - that's what those creases say to me! You obviously get great weather. Here in the UK, I would have to have one or two warmer winter-type outfits because we still have central heating on some of the time here. It's just too cold. But I have enjoyed watching this video so much. Thank you, it shows me how much is possible when you choose just 10 items that really work for you.

I enjoy the luxury of wearing simple loungewear and no makeup everyday (self employed and work from home), but it's definitely nice to open your wardrobe (or closet) and everything fits and looks good. Great video - you have excellent taste in clothes/accessories. And dogs.

I've never used such classifications, but I've been in favor of a Capsule Wardrobe for a few years now, especially since I've been travelling for work. I need pieces that are easy, no fuss, immune to wrinkles, that mix & match; and are quirky enough to match my personality...I'm a big fan of Chicos and Coldwater Creek clothing. I used to shop at The Gap, Laura Ashley, Lord & Taylor's, and Macy's some years back; and still have many timeless pieces from those outlets. My most favorite fabric these days is tencel because it doesn't wrinkle easily and is ideal for travelling. I too enjoy peasant tops and peasant style dresses. I've never been much of a jeans or pants person, but I do like jean skirts.

Love love the peasant dress on you! But love your style overall! I have watched all of your videos numerous times and I am changing my life too. I was laughing the other day because I realized that my car needs to be decluttered. Life got too busy and it became part-storage/part-I am waiting to give that to a friend staging space. Carla.. I adore you!!! Shane from Middle Tennessee again. My hubs is golfing so I am bingeing... Again.. on your videos. I am almost 68 but my friends and I are young at heart and how we dress.. I am retired. For home it is black or patterned leggings with long tunics and plain sketchers with straight hair down. Going out it is solid slacks either fitted or flared with coordinated with silky blouses solid or a pretty floral pastel and sandals with a slight heel. I have a few leather purses that I interchange with outfits. You look fantastic and I love your capsule wardrobe and how it suits your beautiful shape!! My favorite outfit it the dark jean with the shorter top. You look so pretty in that, of course!! I love to see you clean your kitchen And tidy your bathroom! Very satisfying!! You are soooo cool!!! My favorites were the prairie dress as you called it. And then the black/white pheasant cropped top and dark jeans. I really love the brown sandals you said you wished you could get a back up pair of. On the mustard jumpsuit it looks a lot better with no top underneath. It looks a lot more slimming that way. I would always have been one to put the little white tshirt underneath, but it looks so much nicer the other way. That mustard color looks really good on you. It's funny I was just thinking when I logged on .. " I hope Carla has a new video out today" and I see you posted 18 minutes before I checked :) Samson is probably voting for the grey leggings and white tshirt and tennis shoes so he can go walking together with you. I must say I am guilty of wearing loungewear all day. Thankfully no one can see us in our yard as we're pretty secluded so unless my timing is off and the UPS truck just SO HAPPENS to show up I'm safe wearing that to take our dog out for a little walk about. I must say I've been busted a few times with that "perfect timing" and then I have to high tail it around the house or something :)

For so many years trying not to wear working out clothes, when not working out and getting dressed was a struggle but I made sure the clothes I do have aside fit, especially jeans like 311 Levi’s shapping skinny so good for flexibility and a good replacement to yoga pants

I love the dark denim + blouse combi! (checkered or flowers, both beautiful!) The yellow jumper looks best on you without anything underneath. Looky more springy (is that a word?😅).
