That happens... Panty and Stocking is an absolute gem in English though. Call me biased, but the that kind of foul language cannot be topped outside of English. I watched some of it in Japanese, and it's still good... But it can be better... and is... in English LMAO!

@@TheGenreVerse I have never seen that, but I’m 100% going to now. In English obviously. Have you seen ghost stories? I heard that English dub is absolutely bananas lol. I haven’t seen it yet, but I have seen clips and it’s wild stuff. It’s been called like the most unhinged English dub ever or something. Something like that would be a sin to not watch it in English. But my deer friend show, I cannot possibly imagine listening to it in any other language.

As someone who likes a lot of the English dub in anime recently, this one is just...not up there. It's not good. It's less funny and more cringey. Even if English VAs aren't as good as the Japanese VAs still, English dubs have come a really long way since the days of the infamous Jelly Doughnut, and this is the only anime in a long time where I cannot stand the English dub.
