I loved this series. I will be heading to London in a few weeks for the fifth time and will be flying Delta One too. It was nice to see the amenities on the route. As Samuel Johnson said, “when a man is tired of London, he is tired of life.” It is truly an amazing city - my favorite one.

We stayed at the same hotel back in 2016 when we visited London for Christmas. We were lucky and got a room overlooking the Christmas Market. We found it to be very nice with very friendly staff. If you're into Christmas Adam I would highly recommend London at Christmas time, it's beautiful! We only live about 120 miles up the road in Nottingham but hadn't been to London in years, I guess you just take stuff on your doorstep for granted. Anyway, thank you for visting us here on our little North Atlantic Island, very happy you had a great time!

That BK at Leicester Square used to be a Taco Bell, back in the late 80s when I was a teenager. It was always empty. Then it became BK around the same time, which me and my friends were very pleased about and we would go there nearly every Saturday to gorge ourselves without a care in the world. I'm amazed it's stayed a BK for this entire time, given how quickly things change, and now my daughter goes there to continue the gorging. As for the tube, it's great, so long as you're not using it during rush hour in the heat of summer. So glad you had a wonderful stay :)

Went to a gig in London back in like 2005 and made a point to stop in at that BK because I heard they had one of these brand new (at the time) Coca Cola Freestyle machines with like 50 flavours. Totally epic and alien for us living in the UK, tho now at my local 7-11 they have like 20 different soda flavours just in the regular machines 😄

You're lucky, the hotel you stayed at was in a good spot and seemed nice. The tour group we were on last October had us in an old hotel that was a dump disguising itself as a fancy place. Really enjoyed your videos since you were able to do way more than I was. I also liked how the water bottles were in the UK. We flew Delta but not that seat. I hope you get to see other places like Edinburgh, Scotland and other cities in England

Great trip out there in London and I’m so glad you enjoyed the heck out of it also I can’t thank you enough for letting me experience London along with you and I must say it truly was an experience I’ll never forget and now I will say it’s great to have you back in your home town Orlando, now I wanted to tell you if you don’t already know there was a plane crash Fri Jan 31 2025 in Philadelphia and it was pretty bad and if you watch the Philly Captains newest video he covered the crash anyway just thought you might be interested peace ☮️ out ✌️

Adam, when travelling long haul I have found that coping with time changing (jet lag etc) is made much easier if you change your watch to the destination time zone immediately you take off; throughout the flight keep checking the destination time and imagine what is happening at destination (ie breakfast, lunch etc.). This helps programme your circadian rhythm to the destination.

There is some good herbal remedies on line. Using ginger, lemon, raw honey. Drink it as a hot tea. Get the crud out.dissolve all the flem. Look it up on line. Being a Dr I know lot those cold and flu products most are hacks. I haven't had the flu in years. Also peppermint helps. I keep peppermint. I hope you both feel better soon. Getting that flem out of your lungs eating hot soup warm you up. Take care. ✌️🕯️💕🤗🙏🌻🦋🙂👣. Herbal remedies is always best. Can't use lemon try orange. Vee.

Loved these London vlogs so much 😃 I lived in London from 1993-2000 and worked at Tottenham Court Road. It has all changed so much 😃 we are having a mini break to London in April and staying near Heathrow and plan to take the new Elizabeth Line into London - it all looks very easy. Glad you had a super time ! Did you know your hotel used to be the Royal Dental Hospital, it closed in the mid 80s and became the hotel it is now . If you look from the front 4th floor second window from the right that was my window for my for years I trained there 79-83 😊
