Hey Kibz I saw a video where the guy played with the terrain after the mine was set. He added small bumps and holes in the terrain, wich was way more realistic. You can for example have some fake rocks or wells. You should try that on your mega mines !

you may find Soviet blocks ugly looking but they often are planned very well, with parks, shops in the lowest floor, playgrounds and a lot of space between the blocks, not a bad space honestly, planned way better than a lot of modern developments that are only focussing on making profit

The smallest zone for all the zones is 2*2 except for row houses which can be 2*1, in case you want to try this yourself. Some zone types don't have 2*3 or 3*2 so sometimes you have to knock a few down to get the right spacing if you don't have an even number of squares in your grid.
