I have a big collection of earrings made of real flowers in resin myself and I always get compliments on them. The reason I don't care for lab diamonds is they are mass produced, they are NOT natural, they will NOT hold their value like a natural gem. With that being said they are a cheaper alternative to mined diamonds, I would rather save up for a real diamond then purchase mass produced counterfeits. For example if you had a lab diamond and you wanted to pawn it, they wouldn't be interested. If you had a lab diamond and you wanted to trade it in, they also would not be interested, because they do NOT hold value.
