You mention Jensens' pub. It was opened as the Bell & Anchor, the name was derived from the former Blue Bell pub, which once stood nearby, and the steelworks Anchor site project which was being built at the time. It became Jensens' then Dr Watsons followed by other names Jack Dempsey's, The New Venue, Onyx and finally The Foundry Arms.
