Yes, some may find making stairs boring but once they see what goes into first making them and how something that appears simple improves your experience, it takes on new meaning and importance. I truly can appreciate the pleasure of being able to step back and say to yourself "I did this!!" Cheers!!

I'd recommend doing something to screen off that area behind the steps so it doesn't become a house for a critter down the road.
