You mentioned that its healthier to work standing up rather than sitting down and thats only somewhat correct. Its the changing of how you are working and getting your body moving that is healthier otherwise standing all day would be the best but its just as bad as sitting all day

They are RGB, and instead of setting them to warm white, I set them to orange in the color wheel

The plant isn't a must-have, just save some money on the side and get one if you feel comfortable buying it sometime in the future :)
