That's part of the modification process. Something breaks, it is inevitable. You will probably need to get a full fuel pump from brands like Lobo or Racingline, not just the insert part. Also if you are going to push it further, you will probably get to know brand like Mahle, Integrated Engineering and ARP. I mean the engine has to be strengthened eventually. Great content, great presentation, great vibe!! It is really surprising that your channel hasn't sky rocketed already. One of the most true, humble and always positive car channels out on YT!! I have the APR Stage III Borg Warner in ...but i'm using electronic wastegate and United Motorsports tune on her. I finally got my Walbro 525 LPH pump in so I can take her to like 31 PSI should be fun times. I take her in tomorrow :)

What is interesting is that the APR Stage III tune runs like 34 to 38 PSI and my tuner told me "bro stop stop...were getting fuel drop off at 26 PSI" I'm running 8 injectors though the extra fuel rail and bosh 990cc injectors. So to run your car with the APR Stage III buyer beware. At least rebuild your lower engine. To be clear I have the APR fuel kit...but that pump is way to light.

What boost pressure are you running at? Only time I got an epc was because I was running higher than 29 psi for an extended period of time which wasn’t acting right with the map sensors. Do you have a 4 bar map sensor or 3 bar?

Yooo bro. Had this on my 16 plate RS3 and it done the same went into limp mode with epc light n wouldn’t go past 40-60mph. Went into Audi and master tech ended up replacing my throttle sensor/connector I think and it sorted it 👍🏽 duno if that helps

I had an issue where I lost all boost on the highway in my 1.8t VW Turbo yesterday. Turns out it was an easy fix because a charge pipe silicon hose had become disconnected. Whew!

(I’ve literally run down the strip in the past 😆) When it’s fixed do a run without launch control also to see the difference & to not stress the gearbox etc. I’ve seen loads of car break axels etc because of the grip (they glue the track for grip but that stresses parts).

Bro, what do you expect? You added 200 bhp to your golf R and you launch it many times, things are going to get broken for sure!!! You are lucky the DSG is holding in one piece. That is always why you should do a lighter tune if you plan on racing your car, reliability is always the most important thing and the tunes / mods should be done especifically for your purpose, also linear torque maps are the safest for engine and tranny components!! Hope it's nothing and you can get it solved soon ;)

High pressure fuel pump. Before changing the pump, check the fuse for the pump and if the fuse is ok, remove the high pressure fuel pump and check the cam follower. If the cam follower is heavily worn or at worse damaged then that could be the issue. Worse case scenario is you need to change the pump but also change the cam follower as well regardless if it looks fine.
