My DREAM $3500 Semi SteamPunk Custom Water Cooled PC Build - Time Lapse. Today is the final part of our $3500 dream semi steampunk water cooled gaming pc build time lapse. We created our own water cooling distro plate for this ultimate gaming pc and heavily modified the pc case to represent a steampunk feel. There are actuators which open and close the doors of the pc build. Gaming on this custom water cooled pc is fantastic because it houses an rtx 2080 super and a 10900k cpu.
