Should be a specific challenge and metal nit shiny. Like you unlock silver and gold shy guy by getting 1st in shy guy falls in 100cc and 200cc. And a metallic red you get when you play 50 tracks with. 50 tracks is a reasonable goal I think, since that’s not absurdly high. Also they aren’t full body textures, just shiny clothing

Couple things I want to say 1. That weight class organization from MKWii should be utilized more often in MK, so I agree with you. 2. I do like how you made the clones as character alts; gives the roster more room for new comers(though if ANOTHER baby character was added I'd say it should be Baby Luma as another Galaxy representative & to fill in the baby quota) 3. Speaking of newcomers, I love ALL the characters you chose for the DLC Waves! However, for the Team Mario Wave, the guest star to me should be either Kirby or Captain Falcon. My reason for Kirby is that Mario made cameos in his series before so I though it be cool as a lightweight. As for C. Falcon it's simple, HE HAS TWO OF HIS COURSES IN MK8! HOW CAN HE NOT BE A GUEST STAR NINTENDO?! C Falcon would be Mid-Heavy weight racer *Off topic* Foreman Spike is gonna be in the Mario movie? -EDITIED- Have more things on my mind to say Alts- Cool alt for character like Wario should be his biker clothes from the Warioware series(for obvious reasons). Another alt I would like to see is King Boo's designs from the Luigi's Mansion series. Booster Racer Pack- If one more character could be added into each of your packs, these would be my choices: Team Mario Pack - Cappy Reason is to not only have another representative for Mario Odyssey, but he's has to be Mario's best companion characters. I say this from a Major Mechanic, Tutorial, & Playable partner standpoint. Cappy would be a Lightweight. Team Bowser Pack- Boom Boom or Pow Pow Since 3D Land, I feel like we seen those show up frequently in of Mario mainline & spinoff titles nowadays. So either one of them showing up in the Team Bower Pack would great addition being recurring bosses. Their weight class would be Mid-Heavy . Wild Pack- Banjo Okay admittedly, this is a bit of guilty pleasure seeing how he guest starred in Diddy Kong Racing. I just thought returning in a racing game like Mario Kart be cool. Banjo weight class would be changed from Heavy to Medium weight. Royal Pack- King K Rool Like King Bob-Omb, King K Rool also served as a boss in 3DDK game, DK64. Not only that, he's been in numerous games, including Mario spinoff titles like Super Sluggers; so to me I feel like he would be good Royal Pack edition. King K Rool's weight class would be Heavy Frantic Pack- Nabbit Original was thinking of placing a character like Captain Syrup, but Nabbit won out in my mind. My reasonings is he would serve as Mario Bros U representative & he had playable appearances in spinoffs like Mario Golf World Tour. Nabbit weight class would be Light- Medium weight.

Generally, I think the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe roster was order pretty alright: Row 1 is about the main humans: the two plumbers and the three princesses. The primary protagonists, so to speak. Tanooki Mario and Cat Peach are there because they're power-up versions of two of those main humans. Row 2 consists _mostly_ of ally characters and small enemies that fit well with said ally characters. There's ONE character that I believe should've been on a different row: King Boo would fit much better on Row 4. Row 3 is basically a parallel of Row 1: The vanilla humans are now babies, and the power-up humans are now metallic humans. Row 4 is dedicated towards the bad guys and rivals of the series, with Wario and Waluigi even on the rows parallel to Mario and Luigi, and DK and Bowser, who are often counterparts to each other, placed next to each other. Although, Dry Bones would fit better on Row 2 instead. Row 5 is dedicated to the Koopalings, in order of size Finally, Row 6 consists of all the crossover characters in the game. Including the Miis. So yeah, there DOES seem to be some logic in the order of the character select screen of MK8Deluxe. The only characters I feel should've been swapped are Dry Bones and King Boo. King Boo, being a _big_ rival character, doesn't fit at all with the allies and small enemies on Row 2, and would've fit much better among other rival characters like Waluigi or Dry Bowser. Meanwhile, Dry Bones is not a significant rival character and probably is only on Row 4 because of Dry Bowser. However, Koopa Troopa isn't on Row 4 either, and as a small enemy, Dry Bones should've been among other small enemies like Shy Guy or Lakitu. I feel like a Booster Character Pass would have double the characters as well, so I would dedicate similar themes across the board (with except babies and Koopalings being replaced by new themes, or things would get too unoriginal). Row 7: More main humans, significant non-human characters, and power-ups (Pauline, Honey Queen, Peachette) Row 8: More smaller/friendly-looking enemy types (Monty Mole, Wiggler, Birdo) Row 9: Donkey Kong characters (Diddy Kong, Funky Kong, Donkey Kong Jr) Row 10: WarioWare characters (Mona, Jimmy T, Ashley) Row 11: Bowser's troops that don't look as friendly, and maybe some remaining rival characters (Kamek, Boom Boom, King Bob-omb) Row 12: More crossover characters (Min Min, Kirby, R.O.B.)

Just in my honest opinion,Not trying to attack yours, but I think for the most part the original organisation system was pretty good. Up top we have the famous humans of the group like Mario Luigi and Peach, Below we have some of the non-human famous characters of Yoshi and Toad and some others, Then we have some villains (Donkey Kong was one in the original Donkey Kong game,okay?) And now the Koopa siblings or whatever the heck they’re called I can’t remember And finally the non-mario characters grouped by their series! In yours, I took about 7 seconds to find mario and he was stuck in the middle of the group hidden away. That is not something you want from a game called MARIO kart. Anyways,just my opinion so please don’t be annoyed. Great video keep it up.❤

This video is just... *chef's kiss* Not only your ideas are incredible and with the addition of new tracks can easily make a new Mario Kart game that I would be genuinely excited for, with clever ideas that are actually not overboard and actually plausible but I love your character selection, though imo they should actually complement the Booster Course Pass to make something like a MK8DX Booster Pass with characters and tracks. And oh my god, the visuals on this... ARE AMAZING! Not only you have remade the entire UI extremely accurately and added your style on the character icons, made some incredible, Nintendo-like visuals with the "ShinGo" official font and the checkerboards and just wow, your style in general with your animation and your artstyle, are super stunning and soothing to look at, especially the colors.

Just putting this here; I really like the idea of the Metal characters, but that just makes Metal Mario seem more like just a metallic version of Mario and nothing else. He's not something I ever expected or thought of as a playable mario kart character, and he's not a character I even think of very much outside of mario 64, but apparently I have a deep-rooted excitement for him as a character and I think he'd be a fantastic addition to the roster.

When you unlock Thwomp, he also gets you a special item that you can use whenever. It's the only item he can get and it's called "Thwomps Revenge". It's like the pow block except it instantly kills everyone on the track and ends the game, placing him in first place automatically. Revenge for all the games Mario won

4:49 This is possibly one of the worst ideas that I honestly would hate to see make it into the game. First, not everybody has Nintendo Switch Online. Second, I'm sure everybody can agree that restricting content (especially "skins") for higher skilled players is very bad. Third, completionists would have to do 1000 races for each of the characters (an absurd amount of time). Fourth, how would it feel for a new player to see loads of locked content right when they open the game? Please, please think about all of the community before saying stuff like "you would have to win an online tourney to unlock variants" what about less-skilled players? Don't make content exclusive to a certain time or only for elite players.

Having several Pikmin operating a kart would be adorable, one pushing the pedal and giving the other enough height to reach and use the steering wheel, while another one (or two!) is on the side ready to use items. X3 The new tracks are definitely exciting but honestly I'd say DLC is long overdue given how long 8's been around and remained a top seller. They should absolutely do more with the DLC pack, even just one or two new racers would've been nice or at the bare minimum some alternative skins for current characters but I guess when they'll sell the product anyway, why put the extra effort in?
