I am extremely saddened and heartbroken to learn of the passing of Terry. Truly a sad day for South Sydney rugby league club and for the sport of rugby-league in general. Very, very sad. I always loved to have a beer with Terry. Terry was always an absolute gentleman, he was great to be around. I am shattered. No armbands worn by the team against Melbourne, why not? Rest in Peace Terry Hill. I will never forget you, mate!

Hi everyone. I’m over here in the Philippines now and have spoken to Terry before here while he has been on holidays a few times over the years. I’m an ex Alex Rovers and RAB and Terry was out the night before at a restaurant my mate owns and passed away in the Hotel in Angels city in his sleep. He was loved here by the expats and was great mates with the owner of the hotel. He has a signed jersey here on display and it’s such a tragedy that he left us so soon. Total legend and I looked up to him. RIP mate.

I know he was Souths boy. He did spend time at other clubs. I recall his Manly days, and he played tough, a bit of lip, but backed it up. Fark me. 52. That's crazy to me. Makes no sense. RIP

So sad. I met him a few times from the Zetland days but i didn't really know him well. He was younger and a grade below us but i was always hearing of this gun player called Terry Hill from others.I remember when he won the Zetland Club award for Best upcoming player at the Souths Juniors presentation. He had that cheeky grin back then too!! I have a few mates that grew up with him. I knew of his vegie business but hearing how dedicated he was with his business along with his partners, it's sad that he is no longer with us. Rest in Peace Terry Hill

Manly Warringah Team didn’t do the same. He deserved better. I think Roosters, Tigers, Sea Eagles & Bunnies should remember his great career.

He’d be nothing without Manly Warringah, no premierships, no grand finals, no blues or kangaroos. At least Manly gave him some screen time and black armbands, even if he didn’t like being on the northern beaches.
@colinamor11 күн бұрын
Typical South's expel South's juniors watch them excell at other clubs and you buy rubbish players totally over it. 60+ years supporting . 2025 is what you need to start planning for. 2024 wooden spoon. Decrease full. Cameron Murray only player trying.
