Hey everyone!! I’m SO excited about this video!! I recently saw Jamie Paige create a video where she narrowed down what her collection would be if she wasn’t a beauty guru. I loved watching her video, so I wanted to film my own!! I’ll be splitting this up into two videos- one with drugstore products & one with high end! As a "just" graduated grad student, I do have a couple options, like two foundations, two blushes, two brow pencils (different colors), two primers, and maybe 6-8 lipsticks, so even if you are on a very minimal budget and in an environment where you do not have to be formal at all, I think it is good to show some variety, more than one product per category, I mean some of my products are months or years old, but still in pretty good shape, I think it is nice to see a very neutral collection with some winter-summer or natural-glam options.

I would love to see your ride or die products without separating drugstore and high end! I wear some drugstore and some high end regularly (because I do like to splurge a little bit from time to time on a good product!) and I just want to see which products you choose a drugstore product and which ones you choose a high end product! I have the Milani Soft Glow complexion enhancer thingy and I LOOOVE IT! 😍 My skin is super fair and this product ever so slightly gives a tannish-tint to my skin with a brilliant glow. I can wear this without foundation and it kind of evens out my skin tone. 👍✨

Love this video concept !! I love the burt's bees blush ! I got the shade bare peach which is a soft orange shade and they are soooo buildable and pretty ! Also bought the Essence highlight on your recommendation... IT'S SO GOOD. If you haven't you should try the essence matte camouflage concealer, it's really full coverage and it gives a flawless finish to the skin !

I bought keep if full nourishing lip gloss because you recommend it so much, and I love it! Glossy and plumping bit not sticky at all :) surprisingly though, i bought the ludicrous one from milani and it was SUPPPER sticky (like even when the colour and gloss are gone, it stays stickh on your lips)

I don't think it's cheating if you have 2 for each category....us makeup lovers have different primers, foundations, etc. I'm SO glad you mentioned "finishing" powder. A lot of folks don't know the difference between the two (setting & finishing). A+ for that! A video idea I think you would nail is "how to properly prep your skin for makeup application". For me, the eyeshadow palette would be the So Jaded palette because that does it _all_ without going overboard in its color choices. I kinda feel like Emily's Wants palette started me towards being more comfortable wearing colors on my eyes then So Jaded took that to the next step. The colors are bolder in that palette but still extremely wearable. Both are such good value and I'd definitely recommend them to someone starting to experiment with colors on the eye. And then, if they're really courageous, try the James Charles Morphe palette (which, honestly, also does it _all_ ). XD Yeah. Colabs with KZbinrs have definitely given us some gorgeous shadow palettes. ^_^

Definitely Maybelline Superstay! It gives full and gorgeous coverage leaving a porcelain like finish. I definitely keep my nude Believe beauty stocked. I do have the L'oreal Infallible but I never find myself reaching for it because Maybelline is better coverage for myself but L'oreal smells GREAT! I have a bit of an addiction to trying out foundations so I have quite a bit of stock of all sorts lol oops...but I LOVE Maybelline Superstay the very most😁

*That Rimmel pressed powder really is the best. Been using it since 2008 or earlier* ♥️ Transparent still offers coverage. Would like to warn that the loose powder version isn't as good and doesn't offer ANY coverage. Been trying to kill that this year, but it's been rare to wear makeup at all in my life with how things have gone.
