I remember when i first heard this song. Was Christmas shopping ran across the cd and bought it. On the way home this came on. the most memorable music /drive ive ever had. To this day i still get the feeling of driving in the snow at night as the bass and lyrics envelop me. Such an amazing song. Both versions.

[Reanimation] by far is the best remix album I've ever heard in my life. Even though first time I heard this I was only 10 years old I had it on cassette in 2002 or 2003 and I didn't even know that it was remixed back then it's still amazing how good made this album was compared to original album which was great as well. This album was a big part of my life for a long time then and helped me to get through some bad parts then. This is the real legacy that will live forever and I'm sure will be appreciated for many years after today.

A visionary musician, he always created excellent pieces, mixes of electronics with rap and rock, in his newest hits he did not have much acceptance and his songs are excellent, always ahead, nowadays electronic music is very popular, a pioneer without a doubt.

Actually Mike was usually the one that wrote the song structures, especially in the later years. He stated in an interview that Linkin Park’s sound came about because he went from a school where all of his friends were into classic Hip Hop and then moved to Agoura where he became friends with kids that were really into classic rock. He also started making music by taking and sampling from different hip hop records and using a sequencer to create drum loops. Chester also talked about how on tour Mike would literally always be working on beats and possible new songs while they were on the road hence why Linkin Park always had so much extra material. Chester was truly one of a kind though and brought a lot of the emotion to Linkin Park. You can hear that clearly with all the Xero demos on the anniversary cd which have LPs original singer before Chester joined. Theres a dynamic difference between those demos and the official release on the Hybrid Theory album

This song is one of the saddest songs ever made and I have trouble listening to it. It's so depressing and makes me cry almost every time. The month of December has historically always been a horrible time of the year for me and by far the darkest and loneliest month out of the year. Oh my dooog! How have I forgot about this track? Heard the 3st sec and my heart just started pumping faster, eyes "wet"! When my grandad passed when I was younger, I had a playlist I used to play over and over and over until pain was numb or until the pain numbed me. So I'm at the same time really glad I've thought about this track, but what the tracks reminds me isn't great. Maybe that's why I forgot about it for 16 years..
