It wasn't his disc being scratched or his internet, the game data was corrupted. He just needed to delete all the game data internally and then restart. That's what happened to me when this happened with a brand new disc

I know what can cause this glitch.The Scope on snipers in every COD Game is a Image on screen.I know this because the Ends are Brighter then the Further end.So it's basically a disc load error.This error can happen the disc laser gets tired.

Step1: take dsr off class Step2: put a different primary on the class(not a sniper) Step3:put DSR in a different class Step4: don't play bo2 for 1/2 - 3 days(at least with snipers or a zoomed scope other then the reflex) Step5: switch the classes back(same class spot and everything) Step6:test game for 2-3 hours straight( play with dsr/ scoped weapons) Step7: do Step3,5 and 6 in that order Step8:enjoy(unless you have not fixed problem)

It's a little late😂 this happens a lot to me. Clean the disk off using water and toothpaste and soap. Or something like that . That has always worked for me. If not it means ur disk is scratched, so u have to get a new one. Mine just gets dusty or something like that. Tell me if it helps

Dude this has happened to me and I know how to fix it. Ok this may sound strange but you need to put toothpaste on the disc, like on the side that the game is recorded. Then let it sit there for 5-10 minutes for the toothpaste to dry, than just clean it off with water and it should work
