My Dubai House Tour | Villa MFA

Here's the full video of my new home in Dubai - Villa MFA. This has been my passion project over the last 18 months. The mansion spans just over 20,000 square feet with an open floor plan focusing on indoor/outdoor living.
We developed everything in-house with my company Syed Fayyaz Group. So feel free to ask any questions about design or construction.
I've been building homes for the past few years. However, this is my first experience with interior design. The video shows some of the living spaces that have been furnished, but there’s still a lot more to go!

Exterior looks nice and fits well in Dubai. Very modern and sleek. Interior design could have been better. Doesn’t really tie up with the look of the exterior. Would be better if you hire professional designers to upgrade the look of your house. Some points: - Bigger round carpet in the main lobby - More seating space to accommodate more guests. Try Minotti furniture, they have amazing stuff. - Some of the furniture don’t really match with each other; especially the armchair with the tall backrest in the lobby - mini home office in the bedroom - mirrors/artwork in the corridor - You can use textured wallpapers as well Nice selection of floor finishes. Love the diff types of marbles you used.

This is really beautiful. However, I would like to mention, that having such a huge atrium with living room furniture right at the entrance is sort of odd. But maybe its something you need to see in person to understand the space. Either way it is a very beautiful home.
