Dear Victoria--thank you for showing us your original pottery designs. You've brought back some lovely memories of a beautiful little boutique I used to work at years ago. We had your original pottery with it's sherbet colors and some of your furniture and lamps. It was so much fun to go to work every day to see all of the your lovely work. I stumbled upon your channel by happy accident and recognized you right away. Your joy in life and your unique outlook is truly a joy to behold! Be well and happy!

I could never pick a favorite of your dishes. Each one is just so wonderful. I have never been to New York but the trees are just stunning. I would have stood in that beautiful meadow and let the rain pour down on me.

Victoria, we met many years ago in Rochester, NY. I am a needlepoint artist and graphic designer, I have enjoyed following you and Richard since the very beginning of your careers. You captured so many thoughts I also have had over the years expressing them with such descriptive passion. The challenges we face as artists directs our path. Your story and path is so inspiring and I always believe that sharing creates a ripple effect...you never know who you will touch and inspire on their path. Please continue to tell your stories, they are rich with your imagination and spirit. I am loving every one of them...you have touched me. I hope one day we will meet again. Thank you and be well.

Jody! I feel like I already must have met you as I bumble along my rugged way! What a bliss to meet, of all places, on a KZbin Channel!😄, where I would never ever have imagined. So I spoze my imagination is not SO clever, eh? I am shocked that I enjoying this chapter so very much as I AM! I feel, after traversing the globe and running into almost everyone on earth, that I am finally closer than ever to every one of the human race, and I loving each one in a most peculiar fashion. Isn’t it strange how God directs our paths, and always beyond our wildest dreams? It surely keeps us dancing with glee, no matter the medium. Ahoy, me Matey!, Victoria MacKenzie-Childs

Hi Dearest One! I am so glad I saw this video with you talking about the plates! I will never look at one again the same. They have always delighted me, as all you have done has, but now they are more than a delight! They came alive! I hope you realize that the talent you have is nothing short of the Lord whispering to you! And your servants heart responds in the biggest way! What a total delight you are to Him! And I hope you also realize the impact that special talent has had on thousands a n s thousands of people. It is impossible not to be joyful when seeing your art. The impact you have had on dishes, and furniture

Oh yes, Victoria, those words----artless; free from deceit, cunning, or craftiness; ingenuous; natural; simple; without guile or deception, without effort or pretentiousness; without skill or finesse; free from restraint or dissimulation; innocent; frank; candid; naive; and guileless----are truly gems! From now on, I won't be an artist! I would be an ARTLESS like you! Thank you so much for bringing light and joy to my heart, Victoria! I always love the name Victoria because my mother's name is also Victoria!

The goodness and love poured into this work has the potential to awaken the world to shining innocence! As my favorite author says: "Beloved children, the world has need of you, and more as children than as men and women. It needs your innocence, unselfishness, uncontaminated lives..." something like that. Thank you.

Dearest Linda, I couldn’t answer your comment till now, as every time I scrolled through and bumbled upon it, I became a summersault, and off I went in thought and deed again. What you have said and quoted is courage to all God’s children to hurry up and remain just as He made us, and not we of only ourselves. I love how it is simply to be. Thank you deeply and also, hi-Lt😃

Any, guess what, we both have the sam Mother! We are kindred Spirits and the Motherhood of Gods’ qualities is as present as the Fatherhood of God. Let us know how close our Divine , nurturing Mother-God is to us. You are never separated from the feathers of Divine Loves sheltering wings. You are never separated from the Love that created you and the ever present tenderness and strength you need. In stillness you will feel your Mother-Love, ever near, and the hard feelings in the mortal dream shall fade into flowers and showers of full loomed radiance,, I think.

Caryl, thank you so for your sweet comment. I cry sometimes too, when I watch the videos. Isn’t that odd? You see, they are unplanned and unscripted so when I see them it is like going to a movie which I have not seen. Frederik edits them a d I honestly do not know what I am GOING to say, NOR what I HAVE said. So sometimes something. Ones through which is eternal a d is like a message to me as if for the first time. I wish we could view some together some day and giggle with little splashy tears sprinkling round😂

Once again you have captured our hearts and took us on a tour of your spirit and soul. Your love of the natural world manifests in a joyful and whimsical expression through your pottery and hearth, home and inside of your being. What I love is going on these adventures into the history of your moments present and past. It’s very special to learn about the makings behind the exquisite yet useful pottery we love, cherish, collect, use, admire, feel good about. It is part of you, your soul and inspiration that flows through your noble and sweet character. I love that you love us so much to keep doing these wonderful videos for your channel mammals. Dear Cheryl, I just noticed I didn’t respond to you comment of gratitude. I’m so glad the little video meant something to you and, perhaps to others, too. It was fun to see all my friends again. Richard snd I have none of our works from the beginnings of MacKenzie -Childs. Those dishes, except the fish dishes were borrowed from someone. I remember when I first found my brush making those strokes, and knowing they were so fresh snd preshious, when I started needing help with keeping up with them, people said, “You will never be sble to teach others to replicate your strokes.” But I knew there had to be a way to find those who could understand Snd learn the spirit of the work. It was a long BC snd constant journey but it happened, we are so grateful the world can share that moment as if for the first time those sweet strokes found their way to home! I remember that I spoke more of the qualities of the heart when I taught than of the imitation of the hand. That was the motivating force for good, which has lead the movement. In some small ways, the seed is still there and has been planted even though the company does not know what they have. They see the financial rewards but they do not know the artisan’s heart.

Oh! Kristy! Thank you! I didn’t know till I came to this, that you responded to another video😊. That means you might be getting caught up with me and you will hopefully, eventually see all the videos! Feel free to ask questions or help us reach out in better ways, as well. Your fresh encounter is so valuable. And you know what? The whole of God’s creation is ALL that is actually filling all space! It is there for us to SEE (as you do). The more we a knowledge the only ones of God, and His creation, the more we will see IT instead of mortal belief and fake wicked news! It’s is hard sometimes, but if we keep practicing, we will adjust BACK to the truth, that we can see only as our Father-Mother God sees. Good can know no evil, … thst is NOT the same thing as the Chinese proverb about see no evil. It is not about shutting our eyes by hiding, no! It is about KNOWING the TRUTH of only ONE gracious God, and one creator and one creation and ONE nation under God😇. Isn’t that exciting?

Ahoy, Davida! Guess what, yes I am, with my dear Husband, Richard, the real MacKenzie-Childs, and guess what else? I think I am at least as excited to discover you, as you, ME😃. It is as if we have always been dear friends but never knew it. How, ever did you discover our videos on KZbin, Daveda? And, have you had a chance to “SUBSCRIBE” & ring the “🔔”? That way you can know when each one comes up as soon as everyone else, and also, I encourage you to “FOLLOW” on INSTAGRAM, for my favorite wee tiny short videos about 1min match up to the KZbin Videos. You can just have a swell time right now going there and hitting every wee video and get a giggle for each one. So grateful to know of you, Daveda. Our company was stollen many years ago and they have tried to have someon act almost like me, the best they can, and they never refer to us. They just make up things trying to act like we never existed🙄, and you have found out! You are very clever, indeed. (But we forgive them even before they find honesty, for they seem to believe, at the moment, that ethics are not important. It is the worldly way these days. It is a hard path to go, as it has its consequences) but it is important not to personalize the method. We can hate the error but love mankind, for some day each will know himself as God created His children to be. We love each one and hold no grudges. God has always been near and I feel so loved and cared for. Each day our needs are met.

You’re welcome Lorenzo. Of course, I don’t think I CAN stop being me. Hey, I am so glad you understand artless as I do. The world has wrecked art by sticking it with so many emotions and self absorbed hang-ups. Until I found the word artless I just tried to disassociate from art by simply being a good hard worker or fixer. Artless says it all about all God’s creation, I think

Since peculiar princesses are created in the image of their daddy King, they are also creative. "Creative" is an adjective or noun meaning relating to or involving the imagination or original ideas. My mother was a ceramic teacher for years and years, so I grew up surrounded by many of the things she painted. She eventually retired from ceramics and began painting watercolors.

Oh, My Goodness, dear Mol , what a kind comment! I am so grateful, as we WERE feeling it was time to step away, perhaps, though I love doing this work, but the the viewership is just not growing. So during January it simply felt we were doing so much to give but perhaps the world is not interested. If you can help to build up they viewers, you will be a huge support to the channel. Frederik, our partner who also does the great talent of editing, was thinking it just wasn’t interesting to people. The work is so much if it looks like it is not blessing the world. So your comment is just what God has given us today. And if you can keep sharing, it will feel hopeful. Much gratitude, Mol. I am hoping to be back at it soon!

I can keep up with all that entertains men these days. I’m terrible at baseball, and the Madison Regatta is far too noisy for me. But, so sweetly, they stand by my side. Victoria, wowza! This video explained and answered so many questions I have wondered for quite some time about. The only thing I have to say is, still to this very present day, my all time favorite Mackenzie Childs print I am still obsessed with was your Wittika Peanuts Green, Brown, & Blue sets from late 90s, early 2000s. I still have that were once my dear Grandmothers. As for my question, could you tell me the history of the Wittika origin, where the name came from, where the animal charms were originated from, mainly just all the information and details you can think of about the Wittika. And also the Frank & Mustard history if you can as well? It still catches my eye to this very day. I’d absolutely love to hear all about it. Wittika I JUST love the most!! Thank you for your beautiful work, you & Richard are quite unique & exquisite . I’m a huge, avid fan , and still am ! 🫖🎨

Oh, Carol, I know, I often wish the same. We made them of pure bees wax , and I loved how hearty snd straight they were snd thecway they burned so steady and slow. I have never seen candles so perfect since then. And, you would not have seen it, but we had a beautiful little brown cardboard box with tiny stout candles in it of each color. So that the shops could showcase colors to their customers. Everyone loved th so much that they wanted to buy the little sampler. We loved making even sales tools beautiful and sturdy. Thank you for recalling them, Carol.
