Agreed! I find it so fascinating that people (and I include myself) find it so hard to see themselves the way others see them. Speaking from personal experience, I have one primary way I want my hair to look, so when it looks different from that, I think it looks bad when actually, it just looks different.

I love this! Thank you so much for sharing. Considering I just found out my favorite brand Smashbox just sold out + stopped production of the colors and products I use on a daily basis -- I will consider switching over to Salt NY. I'm really particular on my colors and don't need the huge pallet that it seems every brand is selling now. This gives my control of (1) not wasting money and (2) having exactly what I need! I'm a minimalist so I hate "stuff." I literally went hunting on ebay for Smashbox the other day just to buy what I just ran out of! Wish I knew about this sooner!

I am so glad I watched this! I have been looking for a nice, refillable pallet like the one you shared for months now. This is absolutely perfect! I normally don’t buy things immediately after seeing them (I usually wait and mull it over) but I immediately bought this pallet.
