My EDC bag 2022 / Maxpedition Entity 27

You don't wear glasses, but for those of us who do, always carry a backup this is my EDC bag....my monster-shtf bag is huge, and ready to go... oh yeah, one more comment: redundancy is vital- I have tons of fire options in my Big a** bag, and now that I think of it, I will need to do the same with my 27L- thanks for this video, it's been very helpful-

I would recommend beefing up that first aid kit, the TQ is a good addition but you have nothing to accommodate the wound packing. If your able to make holes you should be able to plug holes.

Good realistic Kit. I try to do the same, a combo of real life and light survival but focused on real life, not on building cabins in the woods. (I did go through that phase though….. and come to think of it under the backseat of my truck there is a nice axe and a handsaw and a blanket and a hammock and a tarp….so dang I’m still there lol)

The Entity is my winter EDC bag. It would be perfect if the water bottle pockets were a little larger. My Hyrdo-flax slid out one day. Now I carabiner it to a zipper.

Try the shapie pens for your pen. They look more like a pen that a normal sharpie and have a fine tip but dont bleed through paper i do everything from write to draw with them. They dont click open theyre capped but they are fantastic

thats your every day carry? do you live in a warzone? i am assuming edc would be like a lunch box/bag, phone charger, water bottle, eye glass cleaner, comb (if you have a beard), some bandades, vitamins, tylenol, extra set of glasses, extra key to car, pen and maybe some gum and a laptop at times. The pocket knife goes in your pants and the 550 cord on your wrist. What are you doing with all the stuff in your bag everyday, lol. Especially the headlamp and all those slim jims? This has to be just for show.

Hey Mike! Yes, I do actually carry this everyday. And believe it or not I use this stuff frequently. For example the slim Jim’s I will eat throughout the day. And I do a lot of different stuff outdoors along with working on different projects or vehicles. So, something like the headlamp I probably use at least a couple times a week.
