In the old premier pros, you could customize the UI buy searching up how to color UI workplace in Premier Pro. If you have any newer version of Premier Pro, they no longer have this feature.

yes. go to the export page, click on the three arrows next to preset, a drop down drawer will happen with import presets. find TR MAX Quailty epr. done let me know if that doesn't work
