I actually just built an editing super computer last week. With an I7 9th Gen 3.6 Ghtz, water cooling, 16gb Ram, 2TB SSD and an AMD graphics card that I'm not fully happy with because editing with 4k with it is still not quite there yet, so I ordered an Asus GTX 1070 turbo and keeping my fingers crossed🤞🏻
