My electronics workbench

It isn't 100% like I want it just yet, but I wanted to show what I have been working on lately so here it is. I would love some suggestions for things you think I should ad. Things I have on order are an ESD Mat and an anti-static wrist band. I do want to get a fume extractor as well. Any suggestions would be most welcome on ANYTHING you think I should ad.

Nice Setup! Be cautious with that Fluke 87 V on electronics. It is a nice meter, but on resistance check, it's max open circuit voltage is high enough to be worrisome of damage to components if probing erroneously.
