I'm not very sure how to get out of this one. It's big, high stakes stuff, poorly managed by yours truly. Or maybe I'm blowing things out of proportion. Some people would say "yote yawezekana" (everything is possible). So I'm relying on my positive attitude (definitely not wisdom) to pull this one off. Maybe you can also advise me...

Everyone is welcome to my channel. However, if you're not over 40 you may NOT understand.
Midlife crisis is a shift in identity and self-assurance that can happen to people in their middle years, usually between the ages of 40 and 60. The condition is defined as a psychological crisis triggered by life experiences that draw attention to an individual's advancing years, impending death, and potential lack of achievements. This may result in extreme sadness, regret, and worry, as well as the desire to regain their youth, drastically alter their current way of life, or feel compelled to make amends for past choices and incidents. According to Vaillant (2012), research on midlife crises reveals that they are less prevalent than previously thought. During the course of his 75-year longitudinal study on adult development, he discovered that participants in the study had very few experiences with midlife crises. The phrase was coined by Elliot Jaques in 1965.
This channel is NOT about any kind of crisis...except today!

Almost hard to believe our real-deal Tweety-Bird will soon be off to college!😩 Time really does fly by, especially for one blessed to be Mom to such wonderful children 💕 I'd totally also have a hard time letting go when it's their turn to fly away from the nest and chart their own paths in the world. I don't think it's ever possible for a mom to be ready. As for being college-ready, I'd say any day is as good as another for us to start. But, start. Once we get the ball rolling, the process takes on a life of it's own and things will fall into place. With the gap year and some planning, there will be little that can hold our amazingly gifted young lady from getting to a college of her choice. THEY will be privileged to have her and we will all be here to keep cheering her on! Go Kidia!!💪💪

I know!!!! I still remember her first day at kindergarten😭😭😭😪 Thanks so much for your encouraging words🙏. Indeed, today is as good a day to set the ball rolling. Kidia is super talented, there's really no limit for her, just in my little mind. You know, we make elaborate plans and God laughs. This is one of those times when God will show Himself in amazing ways for our girl. I really appreciate your support. Always.🤗

💯Of course, they are those who are prepared and when the time comes, they still find themselves stretched to the limit. And then there are those for whom college education for their kids is nowhere in their priorities because all their effort goes to putting food on the table. And for those in the west, college is either free or government aid is available.
