Hey love, just like everything else, rent has went UP since this video has been published! I went from paying $1100 to now $1500 (which to some is still technically reasonable) just depends on your budget

Your apt is literally almost a replica of mine but looks like it’s been established a little longer. We live in a newer property in Houston, have a patio of similar space on the first floor as well for a 1 bedroom. I’m guessing you won’t be willing to share the name of this property for privacy reasons which I understand but would you be willing to share square footage, cost and general area? Like are you in the loop? My wife and I live in the Heights in a new property called 27Seventy previously Alexan Lower Heights and we pay about $1980. We love it but would love to save some $ if possible but still keep something of similar layout.
