I LOVED Parable of the Sower, but it is very sad! A must-read for sure. I was going to read the sequel, but after reading some trigger warnings and the general synopsis for it, I'm going to steer clear. I'm interested to hear what you think! I wish you lots of luck in your finals and hope you get some relaxing reading time in there too 😊

R.F Kuang’s The Poppy War is on my TBR for next year! Would you say I should start with Babel instead?😅

I liked Babel more, but it just depends on what you’re into! I would say Poppy War is a teensy bit gory at times, if that sways you 😅
