Yeah he is very patient. Idk if i was in nicks situation, i would be able to treat subha politely. He made so many mistakes and tried to act over smart in every episode. He left his own station to help others but he was just being nuisance. It's not like one person complained about him. Even nick got angry one time on him. He might not be bad cook but handling pressure isn't his thing. I am surprised he even survived this long.

The thing with chefs like subha and other similars to him that have appeared on master chef I feel like is that at the end of the day it's a show, and it's made to put pressure on people and get drama so the show does well and get interaction. Chefs like subha do worse because they are phenomenal cooks when by themselves, but are not used to be under constant pressure when cooking as a team, and the other participants are usually bad and or basically complete amateurs at being captains aswell so that doesn't help.

Except in his last team challenge where he struggled first but ended up working well. The first team challenge was a disaster though and the following ones were really bad. I don’t think I’ve ever watched a 4+ hour long you tube video straight, no short cuts. I love watching cooking videos a lot of my feed from tik tok - insta is mostly cooking. Love watching your videos here and there nick. Not to mention the multiple other people that I watch/ some you have collages with. But I’ll say that I also have watched quite a bit of these master chef videos/full seasons. And I’ve never seen someone as creative and out the box like you. It was hard for me to not skip to the end. And tho I might have had a biased opinion bc I’m a fan of yours, so I wanted you to win. I genuinely didn’t know if you would win even though I figured you made it far. And based off the fact I was trying to keep an unbiased option I still felt like you were the best. The only time I felt like you messed up was literally just for the deserts. But usually you constantly had high praise from the judges and the contestants. And had great leadership so full kudos to you. And I’m happy you made it as far as you did, and now you seem very successful so congrats.

You aimed for the stars but you ended up flying too close to the sun a couple of times. The fact you have the respect of world renowned, multiple michelin awarded chefs is amazing. Seeing how much the other contestants respected you and even rooted for you at the end was heart-warming. I watched season 10 so remembered most of it. Everyone was against him because even though, by himself, his potential was vibrant throughout his flavors and plating, he had a tendency to do things "his own way" during team challenges and miscommunication, which caused chaos. What also makes it more infuriating for his teammates was that he clearly had cooking talent, he just "lost" his charm during team challenges, which is more infuriating because you know he's a valuable asset if he could focus with groups, and it tends to be insanely infuriating.

for other (likely older millenials) who remember.... whatshisnames blog from s3 or 4 of masterchef and how toxic it was and how bad it was for his/everyones lives and careers, how they kept everyone sleep deprived, starved/barely fed, and intentionally pitted them against each other as humans to create hatred/rivalry for drama- to see the change by S10 and get the insights from Nick here is WILD. I took like 4 days to get thru the whole thing. at the time I really wanted nick to win.... I was pretty pissed that one of the.... weaker imo chefs won (other than nick I didnt think any of the top 4 or 5 made the final), it's really interesting to see how strongly nick supports some of the chefs who the show portrayed as pretty weak. Certainly shows the difference the editors make in the whole thing thats for sure

I randomly stumbled across you way back around when you first starting posting videos and casually have been following you since, but it feels like every time I end up learning something new about you it always raises my opinion significantly. Once I found out you had been on masterchef, I went back and watched the entire season purely to see your dishes and how you've grown. Nick I know you might now see this but I didn’t watch anything about cooking, didn’t care, and never really cared for cooking in general 26 years of my life but I randomly saw your video and thought, hey, I’ll give it a try and watch and I’m going to tell you, I watched the entire thing without stopping and i became addicted to watching cooking videos especially master chef and you are easily my favorite out of all the cooks! Your personality and the way you work hard to get you to where you wanted was something I truly admire! You honestly gave me the confidence to try out cooking and see where it can take me. Honestly idk where to start cause their are so many things I’d have to learn before I can begin but I’ll try my best since cooking seems fun and something you can do to satisfy yourself with something you made! If you got any tips on what to do first and how to learn the basics and how and where to get the things I need to feel free to let me know! My mom passed in 2023 and I want to make her proud by being a great cook and learning all sorts of things. Tricky part is that I’m very picky when it comes to food and taste. I dislike mayonnaise, pickles, mustard, bologna, etc. im not sure how I’m able to overcome my pickiness but I’m here to take any criticism seriously. I do have ADHD so trying to read and remember things is very hard for me but I can try my best. Keep doing you Nick and I hope you do more of these reactions to these shows cause I’m addicted and I love your insight.

Yh but he was kinda hindering the team's performances everytime. Even Nick was bias about why everybody was always yelling and getting upset with subha but he did the exact same thing at 3:27:44 and made an excuse for it 😂 I wouldn't want to be paired with him tbh because that one person can through off everything and make you lose what you came there for so regardless of him being sweet, he was a heavy anchor on whoever he was paired with and everybody in the comments is refusing to admit it.
