Hello i hope you are well. Please let me know What i can do in order for ARW files to be able to open in photoshop and lightroom without having to convert the photos which might result in loss in quality ?

Sorry you are wrong about RAW file and colour space. Camera raw files have no intrinsic color space, and raw processors can convert images to any color space supported by the apps. RAW files are just sensor readout data!!
