I think that Roberto Martinez has done more than anyone can think of with Belgium... You look at those players and you think: oh, its so easy, they've got the quality, even my grandmother could manage them... Its not that easy, and even though I cant say that he is one of the best, nor that he had a great managerial carrer before international management, but give some respect to him, he has finished 3rd in the 2018 world cup, only losing to the eventual champions, 1st in the FIFA world rankings, no international trophy, but a very good side to watch, not only bc of the footballers, but also from a tactical point of view
