Thank you Sir for a down to earth real life video. I retired 23 years ago. 26 years on the job. At age 72, I have made my self a minimalist for EDC. A Glock 27. A Spyderco knife. A Walmart $9.98 watch that envies a Casio. On my key chain I carry a P58, a Odlight 1r2, a nail clipper, and a mini Bic lighter with a paper clip tab mounted with electrical tape. They have kept me safe for 23 years. Never go looking for trouble. You just may find it. God speed my friend.

Hey. I recommend trashing the Hyve mag extension. I dropped a mag with the Hyve +2 on the floor that was fully loaded and the spring gave out. The ammo became loose in the mag. Maybe test it out before taking my advice but just thought I'd let you know.

@@Justthatofficer I replaced my 43 for a Sig p365 and I'm using Sig's 12 rnd mag for it. But as far as mag extensions go, Taran Tactical, although more expensive, seems to have a good reputation. I don't have personal experience with it tho.

Get the new z9 mags! It’s the same size as the oem pinky extension and brings the gun to 10 rounds in the gun

Lol, my ass gonna say this Gun, Walter PPS M2, extra mag in my cheap walmart belt and my pants free hanging and holds fine. Had a klydex holster 3D printed, hip carry and shirt covers fine. Phones a cheap 80$ Samsung smart phone. Does what I need. Never had use for a leatherman in all of my 36 years of life going around. Same with a watch or a flashlight. My phone has both of those built in. I guess I'm a minnilist but I've never needed 3 pocket's full of gear lol

I still dont get appendix carry. Its so awkward and uncomfortable. In no way shape or form is it more comfortable than 3 or 4 position

With the right belt/holster combination I think appendix is more comfortable, but everyone has their preference.

Well after I stretched mine I just put 4 in it and it still held but slightly loose. I feel if you don’t stretch it with adding more cards you should manage with a small amount. Or just add a “fluff “ card too it lol.

The most important tool you carry is your brain, followed by your ears and mouth. For optimal results, they should be used in that order. A gun is *not* essential. Everyone else *isn't* out to kill you. They're just trying to make it through the day.
