Girl I’ve been following you for years and you’ve always created content that has felt like a warm hug. The one thing I ever observed was that beyond the vegan diet, it didn’t seem like initially you were very vocal about important issues, which I assumed was to avoid alienating any audience that might not agree. The last two or so years you have completely changed my perspective by time and time again addressing things beyond your scope of existence, and I’m so grateful to feel close to you as a fan and follower. I am someone who is extremely passionate about advocacy and it warms my heart to see young white women on social media utilizing their voice to spread awareness. Thank you for putting in the work to educate yourself, using the power of to face and voice on this platform as well as other social media accounts, and donating. 🙏🖤

I'm a black follower n I thank you for asking time out and using your platform to speak and bring awareness to this topic. Thank you for opening the door to bring comfort to myself and others like myself. When someone who isn't like me speaks out it brings a sense of calm to my soul, just knowing that people see it and aren't turning a blind eye to the issues that surround's us lets me know that I am NOT alone in this fight and my thought process is correct.

Really glad you mentioned 13th. I just watched it myself and it gave me so much more insight and thinking points about how we got to this point in the US. There's so much work to do and it starts with us that are privileged enough to be surprised about all of this to continue the momentum we've gained and continue to educate ourselves and others and make a positive difference so real justice and change can be realized.

"No more tight jeans!" AMEN girl. I did the same thing for awhile. I kept all my smaller clothes and told myself if I lose the weight I wouldn't have to buy new clothes. Then I realized that is not a healthy mentality to have. Having clothes that fit and are flattering and comfortable is so much more important than the tag size👌

Thank you for caring even though I saw some less than charitable comments from your kind gesture. It can be a tough life even on a basic level, eg, some Australian indigenous kids mornings can go like this. They are yelled at to get up, they have no clean clothes, no breakfast, can't find a pair of shoes, yelled at to get out, no uniform, no textbooks, pencils or notebooks. And some people wonder why they don't perform well in school. And its just downhill from there.

I am so glad you spoke up and took a stands on the issues of racism and the BLM movement. As I am sure I’m not the only one, a lot of people of color has decided to go more black owned and black orientated, in the hopes and the efforts to protest for black lives and the treatment of black people around the world, but specifically in America. Me like so many of my other friends of color have gone through our newsfeeds, media outlets, etc and unfollow or unsubscribed anything that was not black owned or in alignment with the idea of freedom and equality and fair treatment of all. Etc. I’m so glad you spoke about this on multiple platforms because you are one of my favorite youtuber, who’s actually aided in my spiritual journey and I was so sad when I thought I have to unsubscribe from you. But then, here you are, and there you were on your Twitter and ig speaking and taking a stands with us about this. All this to say, even when not knowing what to say, saying something and being true to yourself, and the issue at hand was enough and means a lot. ✊🏾✊🏽✊🏻

2 things 1: I used to have a thing with buying shorts that were 2 short and would get chub rug and be mad at my thighs for existing now I just get them longer of cut down old pants to the right size. 2: I often forget you are from Canada but the amount reminder plus how you say sorry in this reminded me 😂 Its so strange how on this planet we have so many differences yet we all are the same inside thank you for being willing to speak on BLM. I understand that feeling of being told to love and treat everyone the same as a white women and not fully knowing that’s not the case for everyone. We will never fully understand what people of color go through but we can stand with them always!

I really want to go out and protest but I'm scared about catching the coronavirus because I have surgery next week and don't want to risk not being able to have surgery. I also wish I had the money to donate! I'm definitely trying to learn more though! It breaks my heart that this is something that even needs to be protested! It just seems so stupid to me that people think skin color matters! I grew up wishing I had dark skin, thinking it was the most beautiful thing in the world. Thank you for speaking up Kalyn! 🖤🖤🖤
