Great video and I can relate. I just got out of a five year relationship and immediately started dating someone else but when I’m in this mode, my options are very open so dated others. Never spoke to my ex for over three months and since last week, she has been messaging me daily wanting to get back with me. For most of you youngsters listen to this guy because most of what he preaches about, I have lived it. He speaks nothing but facts. Read the book as well over and over. I still have mine. 👍🏽✨

I’m open to seeing her as friends but I don’t think it would be wise to get back in a relationship but also aware she is clearly not over me. A lot of guys can’t handle that Now this is advice I would not give to others but it backs what Coach Corey Wayne says when you back away and have zero contact with Women, they always end up reaching out to you. I’ve been through this situation several times before. You are not seeking validation from her it should be the other way around. I don’t speak to my ex unless she contacts me. Remember Alpha males do not chase Women.

I was just in the same situation and I decided to remove myself from the picture. Don’t just be a choice for your ex, be THE choice and if she doesn’t reciprocate that energy then walk away like I did. Respect yourself enough to be a priority and know that she’ll come back down the line when she realizes what she’s missing. The real question is will you want her back at that point? 🤔

@@RonInTheUSA222Wasn’t BPD was it by any chance? My ex was hot as hell, but suffered from BPD. She would split up with me and come back continuously. There was no way to keep that girl happy as the dysfunction in her brain was just projected onto our relationship. I’ve got to own the fact I was stupid and thought I could ‘fix’ her. I couldn’t.

@@RonInTheUSA222 I’m thinking it was that.. first it was her msging me “ I assume it was the new guy” asking what happen the last time me and her went to night life “she came back home with me hang out had fun hook up” and asked me what was last snap I sent her.. then I stopped cause it was fishy like she knows this so I let be.. then on mlk day it was a 2 call and a text asking from a random number what is the truth between her n me.. I ignored it.. this was one month nc and it turned out she was accusing me of taking advantage of her that night at the club.. she @i think threw me under the bus” at the time lining up him as a replacement towards me and me still trying with her “was giving her time away “ then on Jan 28th is when.. she called 2 am.. she sounded drunk and asking me what I did to her and if we used protection that night, I quickly just was like hey it’s 2am why u calling over this.. next day the guy text saying we were both being lied to blew up my phone twice.. and I let it be never msg him.. and yet.. last Sunday I went by the gym she goes too n boom there’s the dudes car and hers..” guess they decided to work it out” and she blocked me on all socials I never once moved the dice This was also a “friend” situation ship random on and off for 4 years. I learned my lesson it still stings in taking time off to heal but can’t say it doesn’t bother me.. I did dodge a bullet but damn she was doing 100% of pursuing back in October drove 7 hours to see me and when she moved back here to our home state started getting cold feet n indirectly mentioning another dude so I cut myself off back in Dec 22

Dude, if your ex-girlfriend is dating other guys, don't even think about trying to win her back. It's not even worth fighting for. Let her go!! "It's over!!" Move on!! Wake up and have self-respect for yourself. You need to completely cut all ties with this young woman. Because, she doesn't love you!! Find someone who will love, respect and treat you the way you deserve to be treated.

You don’t really bring up your expectations on a date, you be fun to be around and allow her to be vulnerable and for her to understand that you arent someone who judges. That way she will just tell on herself and she will show you the type of person she is and then when she brings up “what are we” you can then bring up your expectations and what your requirements are for a relationship

What if you had depression and ErecDysf.(ED) for like 6-7 months, you were negative, alcoholic or else, gaining weight , you were not doing anything to help yourself and she felt like she wasn't attractive and she decided to leave because she couldnt stand seeing you destroying your life?
