Good story, I've tried to live my life like that, and I get thanks from my clients for looking after them. I'm not a Doctor, I'm a mechanical engineer, but I get quite a few clients wanting me to do work for them and I try to do the best I can for them. I'm not rich, but the satisfaction I get for doing a good job makes up for that. One thing, though, the words are quite hard to read because of the background, maybe you could just put up a whole paragraph at a time and let us read it.
