You can wait for 5/6 weeks in order to give her the space she needs.

I have begged for weeks until I found your videos and have stopped. We have been on no contact since last Thursday. She is also talking to someone new. How do you do no contact when you work together? And should I worry about the new person even though they don’t live anywhere remotely close? Please advise bc I can’t seem to find anyone who states no contact when you work together.

I haven't had contact with my ex for 2 months, he broke off the relationship for reasons of unbalanced communication and a relationship that wasn't developing, even though previously I always maintained communication with him, but he preferred to spend time with his friends whereas he didn't with me.

She gave me hot and cold responses lately. Been no contact over 2 weeks now. Been broken up since November and were together a couple months. She said she would look at her schedule to be able to hang out then days later flipped on me when I asked if she’d still wanna go out. We got into an argument over text and then she blocked me off instagram, unfriended Facebook and blocked my texts specifically for less than 10 hours. What do I do?

You should wait for her to come back if she flipped on you otherwise she has too much power.

Thank you so much Coach Adrian for amazing videos. After 8 years my ex broke up. She went on rebound for 6 months and now broke up with him too, but stays in touch with him. It’s been a year and she is still living with me saying that she loves me and cares for me but don’t want to commit to anything yet and want to see what future will bring to us. I followed your advice and changed a lot. She still hugs, sometimes kisses me etc, but don’t want to be in relationship. She wants to travel with me and other activities too. But I am Totally lost not sure what to do and how to approach this? Any suggestions Coach?

You should be more distant. If you give her what she wants all the time she has no reasons to commit.

I don't know if no contact can actually work in my case, he told me he is done with me and there's no coming back for US. I have pleaded , cried and begged but he seem to be firm with his decision.i don't know how to get over this

We fought last Sunday and he was mad at me cause he said im always drama. After that he didn't message me so no communication in 5 days and i didn't also message him cause he went silent . I don't want to lower myself for him but im hurting. What to do. 😢

Sending a message doesn't mean that you lower yourself. As long as you don't beg or apologize for something you don't feel guilty of.

You can do non contact for at least 2 months.

I met my ex girlfriend after one year our relationship was so toxic , but when I met her by coincidence after 1 year we were to close to close to each other really she took my hands and we were close to each other hugs , I signed to her im still remember everything good we shared .. but we said that’s it’s over and then she quit the restaurant after 1 min when we finish our conversation but there’s no contact with her .. we blocked before each other can you tell me your opinion , I don’t know why I’m still thinking about her really .. What’s the best thing to do if I’ve apologised and she replied thanking for it but has left me on read every other time before or after? She still watches my stories on instagram too so I’m very confused why she doesn’t reply. Thanks, love you guys.
