Nick, can you buy a field service warranty with Steel Wrist where a technician comes to you instead of you having to transport your equipment to get serviced? I’m sure you weigh the pros and cons of that in your business decisions. I appreciate you showing us this side of your company.

So just like our company, Steelwrist is relatively new. They started in 2006 in Sweden, but didn't have any US based portion of their company. In 2017 they opened a US facility, and like I explained in my video, they just moved to a larger facility earlier this year. They are working to increase their US presence, and with that, their service. With this repair for our unit being so involved, it needed to to physically go to Steelwrist themselves. For smaller repairs, a tech can come out and do some on-site work. In this case, Steelwrist actually offered to come pick up the tiltrotator to bring it back and complete the work. It was just easier for us to bring it to them. We picked Steelwrist because of the fantastic support, close knit community of other Steelwrist users, and our fantastic dealer. I definitely think we made the right choice for our company by going with them.
