As a resident of Dubai for 6 years i can say my life has changed in many ways, n im proud living here with my life so secured, and drastically improved from who i use to be 6 years ago Dubai is the safest place on earth

Hey Younes. Big Chelsea fan from the Caribbean. Love all your content. Congrats on all your success so far and especially the move to Dubai. This video really triggered something in me in terms of exploring what opportunities are available out there. Was the language barrier an issue or do most persons speak a bit of English? Also, what is the housing situation like in terms of pricing an options compared to the UK?

Younes a question for the Q&A. - What are your thoughts when people say Dubai is a very superficial type of city, it’s full of either very rich people or people trying to come off as rich just to impress others, people also say it doesn’t have a feel of much culture or community compared to other cities around the world and is again very superficial

Younes thank you for these insightful videos. My question is do you have any insight into Abu Dhabi? I know you live in Dubai but what are the differences you know of between the cities, if there is any major ones?

Abu Dhabi is the capital and it's to certain extent more family orientated, so if Dubai is Los Angeles then Abu Dhabi is a better Sacramento.

The only attractive thing about Dubai is the "taxation". The food is costlier than UK and that should tell you something. Food is essential - and that itself will burn a hole in your pocket. The strict security means you can be fined or jailed even for running a red light or taking a wrong turn or quarrelling with someone in public. Which is outrageous! Hot weather will kill you eventually - we already see that in India - and with climate change will further make matters worse. And then you have costly house rent.

I mean for most of these problems it varies from location to another, and for the laws that information is public you can look it up and see what you like and what not , if I ever were to move to the UAE I wouldn't move to Dubai but for the more family orientated adjacent emirate of shariqa , you can have you're base there whilst working in Dubai .

In America government take almost 1/3 of ma salary 😫😩 And what hate about it..it is all going to Israel 🇮🇱 and Ukraine 🇺🇦 which is what makes me hate this system… feeling I’m their slave…Busting ma A$$ off for foreign countries
