@@toanoradian The channel Rhystic Studies has an ongoing series of videos about Magic: the Gathering. It's not structured (going through the whole history of the game in order), but every aspect he covers is very detailed and contains enough background to understand it completely. oh look! that's me right on the right hand side end at 50:16 A most excellent video talking about a helluva year in Classic Tetris. Loved hearing about your journey. I'm really inspired by it all. I entered the qualifier rounds in Germany this year since I was already at Gamescom to showcase my game MaoMao Castle, so thought why not. Having not played any NES Tetris in about a year, I wasn't expecting much, but I managed to scrape into the top 8, to really become part of the tournament and enjoy it to the fullest. I think I'm gonna actually practice this year and see if I can level up.

Perfect timing. I am already hyped up for the upcoming CTWC and this year is going to be nothing but AMAZING. So much has happened since Joseph "suddendly" surfaced and won the tournament. The veterans seems to have found new joy in playing Tetris. Jeff looked very comfortable in the pre-tournaments, always keeping the stack low, no YOLO play, Ben has participated in the CTM, and last time I saw him he was much more comfortable at Level 19 speed... Jani is as crazy as ever and pulls off moves I didn't even think where possible, Svavar won CTE... And there appeared a lot of new players on the scene, so it's going to be intense. Of course, Joseph is the favorite to defend his title, he's still a Tetris God. Ok, enough rambling, now on to watch the video, lol.
