My experience of Sadhguru Sannidhi Pooja (VERY EXPLOSIVE)

For me I sometime sit in front of it in the Ashram as I am living there right now. For me it's not explosive but soooooo relaxing and soothing. I feel so light. My breath speed come down. Everything comes to ease and stillness. And if I sit in the afternoon, I get Goosebumps. Unbelievable!

My experience of having sannidhi at home is that it calms down everything ,my breath starts slowing down during sannidhi pooja.....

I have it for a while now. I wasn't as sensitive to energy as you are, but the first thing I noticed when doing sadhana with it is that I was a lot more focused on all sadhana and the mind chatter reduced a lot. They used to require guru Pooja as part of the Sannidhi Pooja but it seems there is a shorter version that you participated in. Also if Sannidhi blows you away then you have to experience the bond of grace...

@@brajendra999 They serve different functions. The Sannidhi enhances your sadhana, which works in a passive way. The bond of grace on the other hand is something that connects you with Sadhguru's energy when you do the process.

Getting initiated into the Sadhguru Sannidhi Guru Puja on the 25th - after like 4 days - will hopefully recieve my Sannidhi tomorrow, quite excited and just feeling a bit strange. Will try to go at it with as little or with no expectations, already experienced the presence of Sannidhi once in a Hatha Yoga class where a volunteer had brought his Sannidhi. You can read more about it on the official page online. Will try to share my experience as soon as i do my first Sannidhi Guru Puja, hopefully everything goes fine 🙏🏼🫡

I am not regular with my sambhavi but I have been initiated 2 years before. So, I feel myself somewhat receptive. I remember to visit one anna's house. When I entered in his house, I suddenly felt to have more confidence and positivity. I was surprised with my changed attitude, I noticed Sannidhi, then I understood about my sudden changes.

I've had Sannidhi for a year and a half, it's been very gradual for me, nothing explosive. Looks like everyone has a different experience of it.
