ESPECIALLY when someone or something they care deeply about is being threatened. imagine for instance, being a cheerleader and/or gymnast, with dreams of cheering at Kentucky and tumbling in the Olympics, and your coach says if you don't pull your pants down s/he will tell everyone how difficult and lazy you are, maybe even that YOU are the lewd problem child, not him or her. or imagine a parent says to you fine you don't want to have sex anymore I'll make your little brother (or sister) do it instead. or, the favorite standby of pedophiles, "everyone will think you're disgusting if you tell." cause i mean, who wants the whole world to know s/he lost his/her virginity to a PARENT, or other relative? Kids can be cruel in the face of such things. And if it's a particularly POPULAR person, one who's trusted and respected? Then there really IS a good chance no one will believe you. There's a reason many victims keep silent. It's bad enough being the victim of someone who can't keep their stuff in their own pants or keep their hands to themselves; it's absolutely HORRIFYING to even THINK about having to endure the ADDED ordeal of being the victim of the court of public opinion, ESPECIALLY when they believe that you're a liar and that your abuser is the quote-unquote "real" victim. ☹️

When I was younger I loved watching SSG and Kaelyn especially, I got diagnosed with anorexia nervosa years later but was always comparing my body to kaelyn's, I wanted to be her. Looking back on it, she was very definitely struggling with an eating disorder, thinning hair, bones and skin, not looking healthy. She was the also very obviously the managers favourite. She hasn't made a video on the subject yet, so I'm very worried about what might have happened in the past with her. She looks a lot healthier now, I hope she's actually okay compared to what we see in her videos alone.

I could always tell Emily was the most adult-like out of the girls even as a teenager. she seemed like the chillest & easiest going tbh, like you could talk to her about anything without feeling judged/uncomfortable type of way. it really wasn’t the parents fault. the manager was very manipulative and made you feel as if what he was doing was right, it was also our JOB with a lot of benefits as well as negatives. we all knew he was weird but we believed it to be the sponsors asking for these requests. on reflection i can see how obvious all these red flags were but it’s a weird situation that i could never fully explain to anyone who wasn’t part of it and didn’t experience it themselves x

You know as a child I never really though that the girls on the SAKs channels had any problems because each person looked like they were having so much fun. The fact that your old manager made rules on what you should be wearing and not wearing is just disgusting. I’m honestly surprised because at one point when I tried to go back and watch those videos, they were all gone. I was on SevenAwesomeKids and SevenPerfectAngels when I was around 11- 9 years ago from now. My experience was very similar. The weekly emails with stats about how people did was the worst as I always was near the bottom and got told off almost weekly about it. Also I don't know if we were meant to get paid but I never did which sucks a lot as I was on there for a while :(
