@@borntorazehell777 well Japanese manga have sleeves on them and cute extras that manga in other languages dont have. They are just better looking. Even if u cant understand it but already read the english version, it really isnt a big deal if you already know what is supposed to happen.

I know this is an old video but I am interested in an item they have. I usually have to go the post office to pick up parcels but on the website it says EMS (the one you got) hand delivers it to your house. How do you pay for customs? Is it included in the shipment pay before hand?

I know for the U.S. we usually don't have to pay customs. I know in Canada you can get hit with a pretty large customs charge at the door. I'm not sure about anywhere else though.

I think the shipping fee depends on the weight of your order but sometimes they provide promos for when you reach a certain amount then they'll give a lower price on shipping or free shipping I think? :o :)

In the last 4 years Universal Japan made very bad audio cd's. They increase too much the signal level, and we cannot listen hte cd's because the big distorsions of hugher and medii sound appear, for this reason I left the company, too many cd's are very bad, it become a sickness to increase so much the signal level, they do not accept critics frm buyers and they care only about their money. They don't care about customers, Universal Japan is today a very bad professional people team. So sad and so ashame. I hope many people will leave the japanese shop soon.
