This is true, my better half works for Mastree , she works full time 11 AM to 9 PM for 6 days. This is truly not a teaching job, it is definitely a sales job.

Same is with planetspark..they gave me an offer letter and agreement first...after that took my demos which were based on how i convince the parents to buy a course..i didnt turned up for all demos then..thank you for sharing your experience...saved my time n efforts

Hello Ma'am, Thank you so much for your valuable feedback. I got around the 2nd interview and got a call from one of the HR and she asked me few personal questions after that they told me to conduct a Demo on coming Monday. They have sent me a mail containing 2 complete lessons containing slides and it is very instructional as to what to say, what to do and blah blah blah. That is when I wanted to do a deep research on the company and I came across your valuable video. In the end few of the slides had detailed info for the parents about the courses and I was troubled what was this all about, your video totally clarified my doubts, I was being recruited for a Trial class teacher and a sales person. I am going to politely reply to the HR about this and not attend their so called Demo on Monday. Thank you so much.

Lot of respect to you. They did the same with 10 teachers out of 13 in my batch. We worked for 13 days and then one random they just over a call they asked us to quit right now, saying you couldn't meet companies 'expectations '. Now they have promised 2 months compensation, which we all highly doubt if we will receive it or not. And if we dont, who can we reach out for help

Omg!!! 13 days y'all worked there! There is no job stability there n they put that across in such a casual way and say this is a last resort whereas if u don't bring in conversions they can just ask you to leave which is exactly what they did. They showed their true colours. Since y'all are a group of 10 teachers you can fight back saying we will file a case against you and we have 10 witnesses to testify against you n we will expose you. That should scare them to give yall your salaries!!!!!

Accept the truth ....educational institutions have become nothing more than corporate sector.....it is business I have 15years of exp as head of dept and in international school got call frm MASTREE abt same but I felt smthing not right ....as 200 per class and 1000 rs per admission conversion .....

I am okay with the fact that they want to grow their business therefore they are pitching to new clients. But they should hire sales professional do that work and not deceive teachers into working in a sales profile..!! I also felt that there was something fishy and then I realized this a pyramid scheme kind of a situation..

Ya they deliberately do that for their own benefit but that's not there fault really cause they have been instructed to that. They have made the system as such that puts the teacher in that position.. which is why I didn't go for it...

Hi I m frm Kerala. My child also participated the trial class. After the class that teacher canvassing us to join the regular class. But I realized that method of teaching won't work my child..Because she is hyperactive and it did not worked her. I really thank you... Because I underestimated that teacher. Now it cleared..👍

I am shit scared after this video. It is now almost a month I have joined mastree and half of this stuff has happened from the process of recruitment to the week full of the training session. Also, I have received the 50k mail from them and also something that if I can transfer the demo child into regular one I'll be given 1000 rupees I have mails. The mails are crazy can't reply to any. The query remains unanswered and now I just googled for the review and found this video. I am asked to attend refresher meetings now and maybe by the end of this week, I'll be given my salary. I think there should be certain clarification given by them.

Hey Kausar ☺️ don't worry..what's the worse that can happen? They ll ask u to leave na.. do it until u find something better. Anyway I don't think it ll yield much for a teaching experience.. it's more of a sales profile with targets.. n u won't believe... Even after sending a long mail to them , rejecting their offer.. they are still sending employee confirmation mails n that 50k mail.. usually companies don't offer such high salaries or even talk about the salary until the employment is fixed.. these people sent it in the initial mail itself. That should have been a red flag for us!!!

So many institutions don't understand the value of education or educators all that matters to them is money they could gobble creating fear in the minds of parents that their child isn't good enough. That's seriously an issue and nobody wants to address. I was personally impressed by the curriculum they had to offer but now certain things make sense.

I got several emails from this company but kept ignoring them! After few emails, I just decided to check their website and I think I found the similar chart of payment which is shown here.. On the job ads you'd see they offer 50k and all..!! But seeing that chart I thought I did the right thing not to go forward with them.

Hi Kirthiga... This video is just a testimony of my interview experience with them. I don't know mastree from the capacity of a client so I won't be able to comment on that. Maybe you could probably take their trial class n decide for yourself 😊 and no I am not taking any public speaking class as such :)

Hey hi... I cut them off too. They are big time liars.. even if they are doing a pyramid scheme they can atleast openly say it know that they are looking for sales people to pitch their course. Really,most of these edtechs focus on sales only...they don't care how we are teaching and what knowledge we have.I appeared for the second round, didn't make a single mistake but was rejected.They don't even bother to give an honest feedback,on what basis they are rejecting.Had the same experience with Udayy platform also.Education, teaching method, knowledge , nothing matters.Just sales...

I can't speak for other Edtech platforms cause thankfully I haven't had any experience with them... but this one.. just cares about sales.. n the only reason they must have rejected u is because they must have felt u are too honest to push their hidden agenda ahead... its actually a blessing in disguise for u☺☺

Well I can't comment on the course content since I have not gone through it but I do know that whenever they have trial classes with the kids they make the teachers deliberately tell the parents that their child is not good... only so they can enroll in their scheme... so I can't comment on their services as such because I haven't experienced their class as a client... hope this helps u in someway.. :)

I'm not sure if they are still following that pyramid scheme..but I still receive their 50k job mail in my spam folder... So I guess they are still doing it.. n as a class they might be good.. I haven't seen their curriculum ..so I won't judge that.. just that they mislead potential employees.. but u don't worry..if u have paid so much to them..you use it and work on ur speaking skills ☺️☺️🌟
